You could say, "I noticed you looking at me a few times and I was wondering if it was because my dead man lift form is all wrong. Could you show me the correct way to do it?" Then if he was checking you out, he might say, "Well, I wasn't looking at your lift form, but actually your pretty face." Or if he wasn't checking you out, you'd get instruction for the proper dead man lift and you won't have to worry about dreading to go into the gym after that. How's that sound? :)

BTW, real men aren't scared to approach women (unlike boys), but sometimes they just need to know you might be interested. It is a gym and he might have thought about how often women get hit on at the gym and might think you probably just want to work out and be left alone. So be brave and approach him. You're gorgeous girl and any man would be blessed to have you as his 'woman'. SO TRUE! I'm tired of being in the friend zone. Screw it!

I was listening to my Romeo + Juliet Soundtrack this weekend which included a commencement speech. The best part was 'do something that scares you every day'. I think you should go for it. BUT- full disclosure: I'd never be able to do it. But you're braver than me. PROVE ME RIGHT. ;)BIG Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06018664843530482031noreply@blogger.com
